Refund Policy
Version 1.0 · Effective 1 September 2026
This policy applies to paid Nooc plans and additional usage purchased through Nooc's web checkout. Nooc is operated by Gur Geron, an Israeli sole trader operating Nooc.
Paddle is Nooc's merchant of record. Paddle processes the payment, calculates applicable tax, issues the payment document, and handles refunds. Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms and Refund Policy also apply.
Questions: gur.geron@gmail.com.
1. General rule
Purchases are not refundable or exchangeable merely because you change your mind, do not use Nooc, use less than expected, or no longer need the Service.
This includes unused additional usage. An unused top-up is not automatically refundable just because it remains unused. This does not take away any refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or other consumer right that applicable law gives you.
Paddle may also approve a refund case by case under its own policy.
2. Subscriptions
Nooc Monthly and Nooc Monthly Pro renew automatically at the interval and price shown at checkout until cancelled.
You may cancel a subscription at any time before its next renewal. Open Nooc's Pricing page and choose Manage billing or cancel a plan to use Paddle's customer portal. If the portal is unavailable, email gur.geron@gmail.com from the address on your Nooc account. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the already-paid billing period.
We do not voluntarily provide a prorated refund for the unused part of a current billing period. A refund will still be provided where Paddle's policy or applicable law requires it.
3. One-time purchases
The Exam Period plan is a one-time purchase for the period shown at checkout and does not renew automatically.
Additional usage is also a one-time purchase. It does not expire while your Nooc account remains open, but it has no cash value, cannot be transferred, and is lost if you delete your account.
One-time purchases are subject to the general rule in section 1.
4. Problems with a purchase
If you were charged more than once, the purchase was not delivered, or Nooc was materially defective or unavailable, contact us at gur.geron@gmail.com or submit the request through paddle.net. Include the email used at checkout and the Paddle transaction or receipt number if available. Do not send card details.
5. Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived. Depending on where you live and the nature and timing of the purchase, you may have a statutory withdrawal period. For example, eligible consumers in Israel may have a 14-day withdrawal right in some cases. Paddle determines and processes qualifying refunds as merchant of record.
6. Effect of a refund
When a purchase is refunded or charged back, Nooc may end the related paid access and remove any remaining usage granted by that purchase. We will not remove unrelated usage purchased through a different transaction.
